Privacy policy
Last updated 5 November 2026
EasyNDA runs EasyNDA. We follow the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address, country and organisation.
- Agreements you create or sign, including the names, titles and email addresses of the people involved.
- Signing evidence: the time, IP address and browser or device details when an agreement is viewed or signed.
Why
We use this information to run the service: to sign you in, to send agreements and reminders, and to keep a reliable record of who signed what and when. We don't sell personal information, and we don't use your agreements for advertising.
Where it is stored
Agreements and account data are stored on servers in New Zealand. We use a trusted email provider to deliver emails, which means email addresses and email content pass through their systems.
How long we keep it
Signed agreements and their audit records are kept for as long as your account exists, because both parties may need them as evidence. Ask us if you want your account deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to see or correct your personal information at any time by emailing privacy@easynda.nz. You can also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
